Sharda Rajan Iyengar

             Sharda rajan iyengar or sharda was a playback singer in hindi films within the nineteen sixties and 70s. she won the film fare award for best feminine playback singer for the cabaret "baat zara hai aapas ki" in jahan pyar miley (1970), tho' she is most remembered for her song "titli udi" in suraj (1966). in 2007, she free the album andaaz – e – bayan aur, that includes her own compositions supported mirza ghalib's ghazals, a musical type from turkey.

Life

            Sharda belonged to a conservative brahmin family from state, asian country and was inclined towards music from childhood. she has the excellence of being a ba graduate.

Career

               Early in her career sharda was offered a voice take a look at by impresario dominion kapoor once he initial detected her singing during a perform at shrichand ahuja's residence in teheran. she got her initial massive break in film industry with the song "titli udi" in suraj (1966). she was promoted by ravi of the shankar jaikishan couple.

           She performed on stage on many occasions like film fare awards functions, charity shows, military service functions, and plenty of others. 

            Sharda was ne'er ready to reach the highest bracket of singers however she did manage to form a precise section of the music listeners as her fans and well wishers. she conducts music lessons for youngsters and aspiring singers. besides hindi she additionally panax quinquefolius in telugu, marathi, english, and gujrathi.
