              Devan Ekambaram (born twenty five December in Freehold Borough, New Jersey) or Devan is associate degree Indian playback singer, actor and a movie musician. He began his career as a playback singer in Tamil films and later branched bent several different south Indian languages likewise like Telugu, Kanarese and has to this point sung over one hundred fifty songs. 

Education

              Devan pursued his higher college studies at the Freehold town high school, New Jersey. He has graduated in EE at the University of Illinois at Urbana–Champaign.

Career 

Playback Singing : 

            Devan began his singing career within the year 1999, once he received associate degree surprising decision from one in all the musician A. R. Rahman's assistants for a voice audition. He then, went on to record his maiden song "O Mariah" for the film Kadhalar Dhinam together with Yugendran. Music Direction : 

                Devan debuted as a director within the 2010 film Bale Pandiya. The music album was received with a mixed response .Besides this film, Devan has composed for many short Tamil album songs and has conjointly sung for them.

Acting : 

             Devan has conjointly acted in few Tamil films as a personality creator. The outstanding ones being Parthiban Kanavu (debut film), Unnale Unnale and Jayam Kondaan.
