Kazoo      

             The Wind Instrument Could Be A Quasi-Musical Instrument That Adds A "Buzzing" Timbral Quality To A Player's Voice once The Player Vocalizes Into It. The Wind Instrument Could Be A Style Of Mirliton, That Could Be A Drum  A Tool that Modifies The Sound Of Somebody's Voice By Approach Of A Vibratory Membrane.
             "Kazoo" Was The Name Given By Warren Herbert Frost To His Invention In Patent #270,543 Issued On Gregorian Calendar Month Nine, 1883. Within The Text Of The Patent He Refers Thereto As "This Instrument Or Toy, To That I Propose To Offer The Name 'Kazoo' ". This 1st Wind Instrument Wasn't The Acquainted "Submarine" Form.
